Desktop manager & the Outlook 2010 sync problem

Dear support,

I bought yesterday BB Bold 9790 and when I tried to install the desktop manager, I found that it could see the Outllook 2010 installed on Windows 7 (64 bit)

This is a big defect

I tried to instal the companion link (it did not work too)

If it did not work I will return it to the shop & move to Apple

Please respond ASAP

If the desktop software can see OL2010, then what is the problem? And, exactly what version of the Desktop Software are you attempting to install?
