Desktop mngr 7.0

Downloaded 7.0 but it gets hung up on sync preview.  Spent over an hr. with BB support to finally learn this is a known problem of software releaed yesterday.

 

I asked if I could download the old 6.0 software and was told not available.  This doesn't make sense.  You release software with a known problem for some users and I can't step back to the prior version.

 

Not very accomodating.

Did BB tell you what their next step is to help us users, or when a fix is expected?

Just that they are aware and working on the problem and will let me know when they have a fix or work around.  Not letting us go back to 6.1 seems to easy, but it is not available.

Tried the re-install of 6. A no go. Got an error message. Followed another suggestion to restore the system back to before I did the upgrade (under system tools). Restore was successful, but BB DM would still not open. Restored again, back further in time, this time it worked.
