After synching my BlackBerry 8800 and shutting down the Desktop Software, I receive an error message from Microsoft. If I "send error report" what I get back is a Microsoft message that they have tried to contact BlackBerry and can't reach them for a solution. I have version #220.127.116.11 (4/26/2007) of Desktop Manager. Is there an update? I can't find a download anywhere. Can anyone help?
