Error opening installation log file

Hi, please help me!


I have been trying to download the desktop software for my PC and everytime I get the dreaded "Error opening installation log file.Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable"


I have tried the advice from previous posts about this but none have worked, or I have done something wrong. Can anyone provide the definitive answer to this. Thanks for your help in advance!

Same for me - you'd think they'd write sotware that would install easily, wouldn't you?
