I went through all the troubleshooting procedures and i'm out of ideas. Everything was working and since last Friday, it just wouldn't connect anymore.
When I plug it in, Windows recognizes the BB and launches the software. However, the BB Device Manager does not pick-up the phone. I’ve reinstalled, change permission etc… Any suggestions?

Maybe a long-shot, but I had a similar issue with my PlayBook. Interestingly, my PCs (an HP EliteBook 8460p) USB ports are not all created equally: some are powered, some SATA, etc. Changing my USB port mattered for the device to be recognized and connected to with BB Desktop. Good luck.
