My Carrier: Dialog Axiata

My blackberry bold 9780 will not connect to the pc. (OS 6)

My BB 9780 will not connect. Once I connect to the PC it does not do anything. I used to get a message when i plug in asking me to choose if i want to connect as mass media or charge only. I tried everything and still i can get it to work. Please help! (I run OS 6 and my DM is ver 7)

Does your computer not detect is the BlackBerry smartphone is connected or the BlackBerry Desktop Software?
