New BB Desktop software

Irecently installed the new BB desktop software. After a lot of conflicts syncing MS Outlook and my BB I have now managed to get my MS Outlook data base correct again. I now started to sync one way from MS Outlook to the BB but I get an error message CRTranBB:: AddNew : Duplicate record iD - FFFFF82C. In shortm, it does not sync now. What do you recommend me to do?

My recommendation is to reinstall Desktop Version  6.10.
