New BlackBerry Desktop Software v7.1.0 B35 - STILL not working properly?

I've tried every release of version 7 and none of them seem to work properly - whereas 6.1.0.35 works fine.

 

With previous version 7 releases I experienced this issue:

 

KB32032 Recurring appointments of a specific pattern cause the sync to fail with an error message in...

 

With 7.1.0 B35 a 2-way calendar sync stalls and gives "An error has occurred during an attempt to access a device database record" - slightly different from before.  Is KB32032 still present in B35?
