The issue I am having with my Bold, is that the bb sync manager is not synching my contact groups. I tried the option you used with the address book manager tool, but this doesnt work. It deletes all my groups on my mac. Any other advice that could work?

Hello, I am new to the community.  

 

I have the same problem with an 8820 and went out to buy a new phone 8900 thinking it was the older phone's fault.

 

Still get the same problem, have wasted money, countless time reading useless info and staring at the progress bar of the manager only to get the same problem!!!!!  It is certainly infuriating to have a device that offers a desktop manager for mac, only thing is that it doesn't work!  A BB is supposed to be a productivity tool, not the opposite.

 

Blackberry should pull their sorry software from the market until they produce something that actually works.  This is borderline fraud.
