No Access to Drive Letters for Blackberry

Hello, all help is appreciated :smileyhappy:

when making a simple connection to a windows computer from Blackberry with the supplied data cable.  recently 100% of the time, a drive letter for the phone will not appear in my Computer.  at first it will show up as two letters Removable disk (G) and (H).  neither of those respond.  for a short time i was able to see it appear as two drive letters combined and get into all the folders inside the phone.

Any reason it would work previously and not anymore?  I do have Blackberry Desktop Manager installed.

Re: No Access to Drive Letters for Blackberry

Hello Sloucher,

Have you confirmed that Mass Storage mode is enabled on the device?

Go into your options on the device, select "Media" or "Memory" and make sure "Mass Storage Mode Support" is set to On.

Also set "Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected" to yes for this test.

Disconnect and reconnect the device. You may be required to enter your device password to access the media card upon disconnecting and reconnecting only in the case that you have one set.
