Organizer Setup

I use a Blackberry Torch 9800.  I have installed Blackberry Destop V6 on a 64-bit Windows 7 PC.  When I try to configure my organizer or address book, the software prompts me for an Outlook profile.  Instead of typing it in, I'm supposed to choose from a drop down menu.  None of my profiles show up.  So how am I supposed to configure my Organizer?

Are you seeing this issue only when configuring synchronization for your Contacts or for Calendar, Tasks, and Memopad as well?

This KB article should provide more information on configuring synchronization with Microsoft® Outlook®. "An error message indicates that the default profile could not be found when you try to configure the synchronization settings in BlackBerry Desktop Manager" www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB18618
