Password

Downloaded desktop software for PC and it is asking for password.

It is not recognising handset password which is what the man in the vaodaphone shop told me to use.

What password should I be using therefore

a prompt response would be much appreciated as I need to use my phone asap

Re: Password

He's right. Your Desktop Software is asking you for the very same security password which you use ON the handheld device.

However, you need to know that if your password has numbers and on the BlackBerry you are not pressing the ALT key before each number, your actual password is letters.

So, if your password is '1234', and you don't press the ALT key before each number, on a full keyboard, that password is actually going to be 'wers'.

Does that make sense to you?
