Restoring Contacts to my Storm without a backup file...?

I just added Blackberry Desktop Manager (1.0.2 - build 8) to my Macbook (Mac OS 10.5.8) and performed my first sync with my BB Storm (4.7.0.76).

The Desktop Manager settings were set to 'two way' sync my calendar and contacts.

The syc failed and my BB contacts were erased (300+). The contacts from my BB were NOT added to my Macbook address book nor were my contacts from my address book added to my BB. I was left with 0 contacts on my BB.

I do not have, or cannot find, a backup file.

Is there anyway to restore my BB contacts?

Thank you.

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

Two problems...

1) This is the 8300 forum -- you say you have a Storm. 8300 is a Curve.

2) #1 may be moot -- you have a MAC...and that has a dedicated forum since things with MACs are so special. Stand by...this thread will be moved here:

Hopefully someone their with knowledge of MACs and your situation will happen by.

In the meantime -- there is no on-device backup from which to restore. So it's up to a backup that may have been created on your MAC.

Good luck!
