SYNCHRONIZATION ERROR BOLD 9700 (CRTranRec;;)

I have changed my laptop and installed the newest version of the BB Desktop Software; while trying to synchronize the  phone and the laptop (calendar, messages, etc.) i get the following Synchronization Error message

"CRTranRec;;Get Modified Info. Modified Info not available"

 

What could be the problem?

it might be a corrupted entry on the device, choose one at a time and see where it bugs

check messages, then calendar etc...

I have the same problem with same device.  Sync error occurs when syncing Outlook 2003 Calendar.  Other items sync OK.

I have the same problem with my 9790......but how do I check one entry at a time?
