Stuck in install - uninstall hell

Hi there,

 

I need some advice on to uninstall Desktop Software. When I got my new Blackberry I tried to install it but halfway trough got an error message that some files couldn't be read and everything was aborted. Ever since a Desktop Software' attempt to install window pops up when I open certain other programs or websites and I need to click it a million times to make it go away. I have tried to uninstall unsuccessfully - it can't read certain files - mission aborted. I cannot install the whole thing all over again - it can't read certain files - mission aborted.

 

There has to be a way to get rid of this most frustrating, damaged, half-way installed piece of Desktop Software. Help?

What operating system is on your pc?

Try running the install by right clicking on the .exe file and selecting "run as administrator." See if that helps.
