When I try to sync my BB Torch 9800, I get this message: "CRADSDatabase ERROR (5068): There is no current record." I've synced this BB daily with this PC for the past 2 yrs. I've tried re-installing the desktop software but get the same results when I try to sync. Help please.

Thank you for your reply. The calendar is the database that was causing the error. No, I hadn't made any updates prior to receiving the error message. I did finally reinstall my device software, which did not solve the problem. I had already reinstalled the desktop software in an effort to solve the problem. Then I replaced all the calendar entries on my device with those on my PC calendar. Since then, I have been able to do a 2-way sync. For the moment the problem seems to be solved. I do appreciate your following up though.
