Sync error

I am getting the following error message when trying to sync my device.

It happens right at the end, and it seems as though items entered into the blackberry are not pushing to my outlook calendar.

Connector Specific Error

 

I click ok, and the process finishes, but again it doesn't appear to be syncing completely.
