Sync problems

I am trying to sync my BB with BB Desktop and when I click on Organiser, it allows me to sync only Task and Notes but not Contact and Calender. i have 3 emails accounts and have removed the sync function on 2 of teh 3. Please advise. thanks

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Typically, when you are unable to select Contacts or Calendar for synchronization via the Desktop Software (I assume they are "grayed out"?), it is due to having Wireless Synchronization configured for them directly on the BB (via BIS). Please check all of those options.

Keep in mind that, if there truly is an OTA sync in place, that would naturally preclude the tethered sync method since, via OTA, the server source is considered the "master", and synchronization between the Desktop Organizer and the BB "slave" is not permitted.
