Sync

I am trying to Sync my 8310 to my Outlook via "Blackberry Desktop Software"

but its giving me this Error... Smiley Sad

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

I find no articles with that exact error message, so I suggest this thread:

It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.

I'm getting the same error message. It's sporadic, and it just started about a month ago for me. Have you figured it out, yet?
