I have a curve 8520. Recently, when I wanted to synchronise I got a message saying the intellisync no longer works for synchronising and that a new organiser sync engine is in place. I then had to confirm my settings, which I did. When I then pressed sync it starts working (updating calender etc) but it then gets "stuck" during the "preparing sync preview" - this just goes on and on and my synchronisation hasn't worked....please tell me what to do as my system worked perfectly with intellisync
