I have a BB Curve 9300. I have recently installed Office 2013 (and Windows 8) on my PC and now cannot sync my BB with Office (calendar, notes and contacts only). Email works fine. The dialog box says that the BB cannot detect the PC.
Is this a coincidence? Can anyone please suggest any help or contact details of BB that could help me.

Currently Outlook 2013 is not supported in BlackBerry Desktop Software. I do not know when it will become supported.
This would be the main reason why you're having trouble synching.
