The formal support IS through your service provider, and asking them to ESCALATE the issue to BlackBerry.

Got it, didnt read that long link you copied. Should of just said like this at first ! Will keep you posted how i go about this issue through my provider and how long it will take to solve it.

I tried all that. Clean windows install followed by a desktop install. Even with just those two things installed it occurred. FYI - Don't bother with your service provider. I tried that. This problem goes way beyond anything they are capable of handling.

And yes, it was escalated to Blackberry.

After emailing forth and back for some time we came to the conclusion: ......

It's clear that something happened when the customer installed the BlackBerry Link

Resolution
This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.

I was trying to find another way but as you can see on the article above there is no resolution time frame.

and recommendation and the end from my provider, reinstall outlook and if that doesnt help the whole Windows. 

 

i think i am also forced to think seriously about iOs. ............ Smiley Sad

if anyone has this problem do this: install back BlackBerry Link and BLackBerry desktop software will start working again Smiley Wink))))
