I have been a BB user for years and this is my first attempt at this.
I have a BB Bold 9930
Recently when attempting to synchronize the device with my PC I get the following Error message.
An error has occurred during an attempt to access a device data base record.
After I cancel the attempt the device continues to communicate and transfer photos and music but not my contacts or calendar?
