Synchrony problem with Desktop software

When I try to connect my BB9003 with my PC with Windows 8, I cannot synconize. It says : CRADS Database Error : (C:\users\jacques\Appdata\local\ Reaserch in Motion\BlackBerry Desktop\XCPCSync.OEM\Sync SDK209.601\Translators\RimBB\Contract{3CC232FA4FAD4706B6565A2CF16C8192}.adt) is not open.

What could I do ?

Thanks for the question.

 

To resolve this issue we will need to gather some logs to find out what is causing the synchronization error.  Please contact your network service provider and ask to be transferred to BlackBerry.
