Unable to configure bluetooth

I am using a BlackBerry Bold 9700. I am unable to configure bluetooth connectivity. The bluetooth  is deselcted in the connection options menu. Only USB is seen.

 

My device is already paired with my laptop. {I am  using Windows 7 in the laptop.}. Even after pairing, when I am trying to connect the device through bletooth, it is not working. I am indeed trying to transfer some music files from the PC to the bb device.

 

Pl suggest a solution

Have you downloaded and installed the latest version of the BlackBerry® Desktop Software? If not, make sure you have the latest version by going to www.blackberry.com/desktop to do so.
