Unable to remove applications via desktop manager

I am unable to remove applications from my desktop manager when I sync with my blackberry. The only application that shows on the list is the wireless music sync, yet facebook, youtube, and a multitude of other apps are installed.

I'd like to remove them via the desktop manager (which I used to be able to do), as it's much faster. Instead I am forced to remove them via the application management menu in my phone. Is there a solution to this problem, or am I going to be forced to remove them all by hand indefinately?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

First question -- what changed between the time this used to work for you and when it stopped?

Second question -- on the screen in AppLoader where you'd select/de-select items to install/remove, what is the very first line item there?
