Uninstalling BlackBerry Desktop Software

I'm trying to uninstall BDS from my PC but a pop-up saying "Error 2783. Could not access VBScript run time for custom action." appears everytime. Any help? Thanks in advance!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

At first, searching on the code you provided, I thought you had discovered something new...since there is no article about an error "2783"...there is, however, one for "2738":

  • KB03490 Internal Error 2738. Could not access VBscript appears when installing BlackBerry Desktop Manager

Hopefully it contains something useful! There also are multiple existing threads on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message, error code, or symptom, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.
