i have a blackberry bold 9900, and version 7 in desktop software
I have been trying to update my my software on my phone and every time. it starts it freezes after a few minutes everytime. Along with not connecting to the desktop software most times.
Any help is appreciated.

I recommend a clean "start over" of the Desktop Software...here's a process:
Very important is step 6 -- that sort of customizes the Desktop Software to your specific BB and OS level, which often helps it run a little bit better than without this.
