big problem in my blackberry desktop manager 7


 hi sir ,.

i have problem with my blackberry desktop manager 7

after i install i found languge like box cant understand no thing

i uninstall and install so many times and its same ebglish or spanish is same too

my system : windows 7 64bit

 

i wish recive answer soon because i have problem in my phone any i have to make update to my phone

Sir my problem is he same
i have here photo to how the program look but i dont know how i send too you , i feel so bad now with my phone no do nothing good now , i have to make update to software but i cant because i no understand nothing from the program because like how i say no English its box box

thank you sir , i know what's the prolem in Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 i unstall and after put again and its work good now , thank you sir
