black berry desktop software crashing

After several installation & unistallation everytime i'm getting this error massage... tried every solution posted.. installed 6.0, 6.1, 7.0... 
pls i need a solution... i'm using windows 8

Please complete the following steps: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB02206

 

Reinstall the BlackBerry Desktop Software using the steps under the Additional information section and test once again.
