error 507 Torch9800

Hi everybody.

 

I tried to make some update and now my BB shows  error 507. I tried to re-download my OS using BB desktopmanager more than 10 times, but the problem persists.  BBDesktop says my phone is not connected, so i tried to fix it according to this link http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10144 , however nothing helps.  Please tell me what can i do.  Thanks a lot!

1. First locate your carrier and the OS file you wish to use.

2. Download the OS file to the PC then install it to the PC by running (double clicking) the file you downloaded.

3. Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."

4. Plug in BlackBerry and double click on "Loader.exe." It's located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file was in.
