hi

i have a win 7 64 bit operiting system

& i downloded the letest desktop software & i have this error ..

can someone help?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

To resolve this issue, please try uninstalling the BlackBerry® Desktop Software, rebooting your computer then reinstalling the BlackBerry® Desktop Software again from this link. http://bbry.lv/JlWfyC Then test again to make sure the issue is resolved.

If this does not resolve the issue, could you please provide the full error message?
