error

When I tried to sync my phone to desktop today, I got an error that said

An error was encountered while syncing to ZERO. Please retry sync.

 

How do I fix this?

Same here, (9900) updated desktop software got the error.  un/reinstalled.  same error when it attempts to sync calendar.

I think I fixed it.  I had deleted a cical service book and that started happening.  when i put it back, it corrected the problem.  hope this helps. good luck

Hi there,

 

I had the exact same problem. I've been trying hard to fix it. You say that you had deleted a cical service book and then put it back to fix the problem.

 

Unfortunately, I have no idea how to "put back" any service books. Could you please explain step by step what I need to do?

if you go back into your service books and hit the menu button, i believe there is an option to un-delete.
