help me!

When I try to log into my blackberry desktop software, it asks me for a password. and I can't remember it! How can I change it?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

The password used to connect to the BlackBerry® Desktop Software would be the BlackBerry® smartphone password.

If the BlackBerry smartphone password is numeric and the Alt key is not pressed when typing the password, the password entered is alphabetical, not numeric. Another possible cause is that the BlackBerry smartphone has the CAP lock or NUM lock turned on.
