my bb can't connect to my pc

hello every one, sorry for my bad english

i have strom 9500 and i have installed the latest verson of desktop software and installed the latest verson of bb USB and modem drivers and i have connected my bb to pc but i have message that pops out and says: "USB Device Not Recognized" . When i go to device manager it says: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)". What can i do to fix this problem?
