my blackberry bold would not synchronize anymore with microsoft outlook

i have microsoft outlook 2010 and blackberry bold 9780.

syncing was always just done with harmony.

recently (around 2 weeks ago) it started giving an error during sync.

so basically, it starts with backing up the phone (as if the phone is being synced for the first time), then collects the info, then gives the conflicts screen where i choose to use the data on my computer, then moves to teh screen where i choose teh button sync and then BAM, it gives an errors saying "CRTrancRec::GetModifiedInfo : Modified Info not available"

after that no updates occur to both the phone and outlook.

i've done a clean uninstall then got a fresh copy of hte software online and reinstalled it. error kept happening but the message changed.

please some help over here.

Re: my blackberry bold would not synchronize anymore with microsoft outlook

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

There are a few KBs with that error message, sadly none with a true "fix". Hence, I suggest this thread:

It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.

Good luck!
