new update not working

:Helpsmilie: Me too. Updated new desktop software and now it will not sync with my Torch.  OS 6 was not a problem.  Tried uninstalling/ reinstalling etc.  Nothing works.  Anyone out there from Blackberry listening???????????????

doesn't work for me either --there's some cryptic C**p on the bb website that you need to do something to outlook, but it makes no sense to me (why do I need to do a first time install on outlook when everything worked fine before)?

Please be specific about what's not working and perhaps there is a workaround or known fix...

Yea, RIM is aware of the severe issues. Hope they fix it soon.
