not able to restore blackberry bold 9900 from desktop software

hi...my blackberry id got locked and i wiped my phone out aftert taking a backup of all applications thru desktop software.....after wipe out i was able to log into my id and do all things...but when i started with restoring my phone, i didnt get it done.....in laptop it showing restored process successfully completed but in phone i am not seeing any of my backed up things.

 

can some one please help me!!!!i have seen post which made me to think, there is bug in os 7.1 while backing up from desktop software.

 

PLEASE HELP.!!!

Welcome to the forums. 

 

Try using the steps in the following article to try and do a selective restore to see if you are able to get some of your data restored to your device.
