problem syncing desktop manager 7.1 for 9900 with Outlook 2007

I just changed service providers and in error wiped my BlackBerry.  I have my calendar, contacts, tasks, memos backed up on my PC.  For some reason, the only thing that transferred to my device when I did a sync was the tasks.  I did a one way sync from the PC to the device.  Can someone tell me how I can transfer the data from my PC to my device? Thanks

Do you have a BlackBerry Protect? You can restore calendar, tasks, bookmarks, memos, contacts using that.

Cheers :smileyhappy:

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Please clarify...you have used both words of synchronization and backup. Those are completely different functions between your BB and your PC. Exactly which one did you use to have your data on your PC?

If you used synchronize, then I suggest this thread:

It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.

However...if you instead used backup, then please click the relevant link in my auto-sig on this post for instructions related to the separate backup/restore process.

Good luck!
