synchronising

I have a BB 8707 for almost a year now.

1. At this moment I get error messages while synchronising: 'unexpected error'. I tried to download Desktop Manager again but with same result. Synchronizing stops.

2. Sometimes I also get the message that the BB is not recognized when it is on USB.

I didn't had those problems till now.

Would be glad if someone got a solution for this.

I would try this:

 

Make sure your BB is NOT connected to the computer.

Close the desktop manager.

Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application data

Delete the entire Intellisync folder.

Connect your BB and open the desktop manager.

Sync your device.
