My Device: bold 9930

unable to sync with the new bold 9930

I just updated my mac desktop software adn now it will not sync my blackberry bold 9930. Any suggestions? The error says that it was unable to install the software and that my device has been disconnected. 

 

Anyhelp would be great. Thanks.
