My Device: curve 8520

v7.0 B44 hanging

Allowed PC (Windows Vista 32 bit) to upgrade Desktop Software but it wouldn't work.

 

Have completely uninstalled and reinstalled and now it appears to start reading all info on sync but hangs at point where it is 'processing'

 

When I use Task manager to close Desktop I am informed that Desktop is waiting for a response from me!

 

Back Up seemed to work OK
