Re: Anti-Virus for 8520

There has yet to be a virus for any mobile device...ever. The only thing that could possibly happen is that someone could use your blackberry's SD card to transport a virus onto your computer, but is just as rare as an actual virus attacking a mobile device.

Having antivirus on a mobile device would be pure irrational paranoia, and there isn't any such thing as mobile antivirus for blackberry anyway!

No worries!

Re: Anti-Virus for 8520

Oh about the virus thing, my SD card had a virus, no in fact tons of viruses in every folder and that hid all my folders and some files. It was so bad that all my media files couldn't be read. If that ever happens what you do is:
A) Connect ur BB to ur pc and choose the first option which is direct acces to ur SD card
B) Scan it for viruses
C) Google 'show hidden files on USB' and download that small .exe program from a spanish website :smileyvery-happy:
D) Use it to show hidden folders and voila u done

Like the first guy said BB viruses dnt exist
