BB Identification reset for messenger

Every three months or so, my BBM seems to reset, or I suppose it would be more accurate to say it asks for authentication again.

After three months, I have long forgotten the passowrd I used at the time so I have no choice but to reset. Now comes the fun part.

I know my email and secret question so I get the online BB web form. I again answer the question and voila... The PAGE TIMES out. Helpful:smileysurprised:ops... Try doing this from a wifi hotspot??? WTF?

The last time this happened I swore I was. Going to complain but didn't.

Three months later still not fixed?

I only use ONE app that requires BB authentication... And it resets itself AND is broken??? ONE?

I'd be further ahead with MSN, Gmail messenger ... At least the online webform would not be broken 3 months later.

Try accessing the password reset from a computer and see if goes through.  Also which BlackBerry Curve are you currently using?
