BBM 7.0.1 DOES NOT WORK .. HELP !!!

So about 3 weeks ago I got a update message to update my bbm I done that all went well but it slows down my phone freezes it and my scoller does not work on it I can't look at peoples updates and when people message me I have to read it thru messages rather then go on my bbm (cause it won't let me scroll down) we all pay for this service and I'm rather hacked of that I can't use it, there's no other bbm in app world and I don't have a computer to plug my phone into can anyone help please ??

I've read others say that the new BBM v8 cause some lag and sluggishness.

 

If you want, you can try deleting your BBM app (Options > Device > Applications).

Reboot the BlackBerry.

Using your BlackBerry browser, go to http://theiexplorers.com/OTA/ and download an earlier v7 of BBM.

I've battery pulled a million times it does nothing, and I double posted as I'm new to this site and didn't no where I should post it. I will try that thank you jsanders

Possible solutions:
