BlackBerry 8100 Problem - Blue Scrren

Hi all,

 

I got one user where he get the blue screen after plugging bb 8100 to pc

 

- user installed bb software and plugs in the bb to the notebook, user gets blue screen error message: KMODE_Exception_not_handled

 

Need help.
