BlackBerry ID

I have a new BlackBerry, i can't verify the Black Berry ID from the phone - although it works on the web page. I've tried re-setting the password, but still nothing works. Any ideas?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

If your password has any mix of numbers, letters, symbols, etc. in it, you must be very careful entering that on the BB in order to result in the proper characters. The BB keyboard, being small, requires that each key perform multiple functions, as controlled by the alt, caps, sym, etc. key modifiers, which must be used prior to each character in any password string. Check that to be sure.

Otherwise, please expand on the exact behavior..."can't verify" leaves us too much room to guess within. Exactly the steps you take and exactly the results you see, including what the screen says for error messages and such, with complete and accurate details.
