Blackberry Services Problems

I topped up £10 credit on my Blackberry Bold 9900 so I can get my Blackberry services up and running however I have rung up every day for over a week as it hasn't taken the £5 fee or sent me the activation text messages, I have battery resetted etc as have been told to do so by Orange customer services waited 24 hours each time before ringing them up yet again and doing the same old process. Most of the time I don't receive a text a couple of times I have received one instead of two. The weird thing is I have 3G and the blackberry logo but I can't use my BBM or Internet I can't even connect to my wifi now and I have also lost my BB App World. I'm growing tired of ringing up everyday to get the same answer and wasting my time waiting for something that won't happen, I'm very fond of my Blackberry but I wanted it for BBM can anybody shed some light on this problem it would be MUCH appreciated! Thank you.

It sounds like they aren't setting up your blackberry data plan correctly.  can you take it to the store and have them verify this?  If not.. I hate to say it, you'll have to give them another call and ask that they verify your blackberry data plan.  ask them to resend your service books and they can also show you to how to register your host routing table.  Thats why I'm recommending going to the store first so they can fix the service you've paid for.

1. Log into your providers BIS site

2. Click Help on the left hand side under Settings.

3. Click the link to resend the service books.

I recommend that you get them to do this for you, but feel free to give it a shot.  The most important thing is to confirm you have the correct blackberry data plan attached to your account.
