Email messages sent from my BlackBerry smartphone do not appear in the Sent Items folder on the Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) server I use.

This is because it is a German internet email provider gmx.net and the Sent Items folder is called Gesendet

How can I rename the folder "Sent Items" that Blackberry email saves sent emails in to "Gesendet"?

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

The Sent items folder cannot be changed on the BlackBerry® smartphone, the Sent Items folder on the IMAP server would need to be named 'Sent Items'.
