If you are connected to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server then this options will be disabled by the default IT policy. Are you connected to a BES through your work?

Sorry for the delay in response, have you contact your BES admin regarding this? Were you able to verify that this was the cause of the issue?

Sounds like there is an IT policy on the BlackBerry and it is preventing your from using this function of Facebook for BlackBerry. Your IT admin can send you a blank IT policy which will wipe the current policy and allow you to use this feature. Depending on your company policies you may or may not be able to do this.
